Socket 775 Motherboard that supports 4Gig memory

Hi Guys

I'm looking for a used Socket 775 motherboard. I know it's a long shot but if any of you have one lying around not used I'll gladly take it. It must support the following:

Quad Core Processor
GeForce GTS 250
DDR2 or DDR3 (Dont matter)

If you have a combo with processor, mobo and memory for less than R1000 i'll even take that.
