This is Mobile APP based as well - alarm connects to your home wifi and can be controlled from the APP from anywhere.

1x Motion Controller
2x Door/Window Sensors
Something to note for expandability:
Additional Sensors are 433Mhz based. Can be found locally for cheap cheap
Take it with it's UPS for R1300 which was purchased to power the alarm system off mains for longer than the builtin battery on the alarm allows.
