We are setting up a 2nd level support desk for inhouse developed software for our partners.
You will be starting of in a support role dealing with tickets with future possibilities to grow into the company from a Dev perspective (hence the list of platforms below) or into other roles within the company.
It is important to know before applying, that this is more a Service Desk and support role dealing with support tickets and not a developer role, you will be doing initial troubleshooting and analysis of logged tickets , try to resolve these and if you cant it goes to a 3rd level Dev team.
A minimum period of 2 years is required at the Service Desk for business continuity and to learn the full product suite of the company before possibly being considered for later developer roles and growth within the company. In return you get an awesome company and job stability for a longer period of time with possible future growth opportunities from there.
These will likely be 1 year fixed term contractor positions at first, to asses if you are a fit for the company but if awesome I don't see a reason why you cant be made permanent at a later stage.
If anyone would be interested and has perhaps Service Desk experience, but also a background/interest in the below platforms, database or programming languages through previous jobs that would be the kind of people we would be looking for.
If you also have language skills besides business English, that would be highly advantageous:
Portuguese (Mozambique)
Spanish (South American)
French (DRC)
Formal university qualifications is not half as important as being able to show some sort of experience or interest in the below.
