Setting high priority permenantly

Hi all.
So I recently learned that setting a game file exe as high priority gives me a big frame boost but I currently don't know how to make the change permanent.
I have downloaded process hacker and prio.Prio does not launch and setup while process hacker does not save setting.
I gave both programs administrator access and security cleanse but still they don't work.
Can someone provide me a link to a program that can permanently change the priority of an eye or assist me

Its star citizen so it starts from a launcher but did add cmd within launcher for file location but no luck
