Item: Sennheiser HD590 headphones w/ broken cable

So i got this 2 days ago. Unfortunately i took this at a wrong time as i don't have time/convenience to get this fixed anytime soon and would rather give it away to the next person. Cable needs replacing as you need to bend it abit at the 2.5mm connector and even then only 1 side works, not sure whats wrong with the other side maybe a new cable will fix it, maybe not and its the driver that no longer work no idea.

Note: this isn't in good condition. Though I think the drivers are both working, so if you replace the cable or fix it, then you have a pair of working headphones. The cable looks fine, but if you bend a certain area then the audio comes on if I recall. So it would entail finding the area where the internal break is and then repairing that.
Besides that the one side's cover is missing and the whole unit is clearly old. So I think this is more value to someone using the parts for spares, though perhaps someone wants the whole unit - although cosmetically it is in poor shape.
