Kust watch out, there is this guy thats all bark and no bite, that made a huge scene regarding ES cpu's, and promised he would get back to us about what INTEL thinks, so just watch out, he might report your sale to steam(and get no results again)
Post it as a sale, but only give the actual account link to the buyer, don't post it publicly. That way it can't be blocked as easily as when a public link is flying around the forum.
