What switches are on the DIERYA? Have checked the reviews. Key placement is a bit wonky! Not so stressed about that though.
The BT issue is a little worrying. But so long as it can connectwith usb its still a decent option?
How did you like the X-bows?

How does the LED setup work with these?

For the switches it uses OUTEMU blues.
The BT usually isnt a problem but like I said in the review it struggled now and then and didnt want to work on my ipad 2.
For the X-bows it was good. The layout did take some time getting use to but after that it was nice, gaming on it felt a bit weird tho lol.
LED setup for Dierya or X-bows?

Ah! I thought you were referring to the amazon reviews. Will go check yours. *Where are they? I searched the forum - no joy.

Essentially I would like to be able to light up certain groups of keys, and then change the color under certain conditions. So LEDs would need to be individually addressable.

I do see that some of the fancier keyboards come with software for this or one can use FN keys to do the setup (and create a limited set of "maps"). But are these addressable via software as well?

I tried googling but did not find much in the way of info on these.

This is just an idea really. Getting my hands on a somewhat decent mech would be first prize!

My hands are starting to turn into claws haha. SQL-pinky. So that X-bows looks like a likely candidate! :p

Check youtube and search for "we do tech"

It would be nice if you could create links to your videos.

Thanks. Will check it out!

Or maybe put a link to your youtube channel in your profile? I checked there after not finding anything in forum.

Pics of all the items is in the op of his thread, there is a link to google drive, very nicely sorted for all.

Agreed. Not complaining at all. Just a suggestion to keep the traffic flowing to his channel!

@We Do Tech where in sa are you from? I really can't tell by your accent :p

Sorry for not linking to the videos, will add that now. But here are the reviews for both keyboard, I go over all the lighting.
X-bows - comes with software and per key backlight

Dierya - Lighting a lot more limited with no software

As fir where im from, im from PTA, lived here all my life. I get that a lot with my accent, not sure why I learned to speak English like that, probably too much tv growing up.
