Support Search issues

Would it be possible to adjust quick search algorithm (top right) so that it searches for exactly what was entered in? Many times, I get the message:

"The following words were not included in your search because they are too short, too long, or too common: x " or

"The search could not be completed because the search keywords were too short, too long, or too common"

Sometimes, I feel that you need to search for something specific or want a broadened search result, but the search function prevents this through whatever code was written for it.

Also, could a function be added that allows for searching in the sub forums?

We did not write the algorithm it's an plugin but there is a reason why we don't allow certain search terms, since they will def kill the database when searching.

You can search in subforums, click on advance search and you will find that you can search per section or even per prefix.
