The panel itself was RMA’d without the stand and accessories as I didn’t think it made sense to carry them in when they were working perfectly. The screen was purchased without packaging, but the RMA didn’t require packaging. Samsung do not issue new packaging.

Samsung seals the RMA replacement panel. They do not provide a new box, unfortunately. To explain the RMA process, one can simply walk into the service center with the panel as is, and they will inspect the panel in their center. When I collected the panel, the consultant brought it to me wrapped in bubble wrap with a service tag label on it.

I wasn't sure if they'd physically repair it or if they'd provide me with a new screen. As per the change of casing, they just provided me with an entirely new screen. I've since not used the screen and have left it in the wrapping Samsung used. The price doesn't reflect a brand new G7's retail cost and I'm not claiming that the screen is brand new, but it is sealed and I have not touched it or used it as I'm on my 360Hz now.
