Hi all,

Based on recent activity and deals with Stallie777, myself and another user, gpus were sold where we lost R13500 and R3700 respectively.

based on the telephonic communication and support during this investigation with Stallie777, it appears that his account got hacked and is willing to assist in the matter with full support. He has stated the following:
does not use crypto
havnt been on carbonite for over a month so now activity from his side.
registered email address on carb is stallie@live.com.
after our telephonic conversation, he has smsd me with his email address and stating he will do anything possible.

admin please investigate the matter and would appreciate to keep us informed. Note that the user Stallie has positive itrader status and based on that the sale was made. Carbonite is a trusted source considering user ratings amongst others.

@Stallie777 Please change your 2FA to an app based 2FA not email. This will mitigate it in the future.

Had a conversation with Stallie777 too... or what apparently would have been Stallie777.

Scammer wasn't very talkative, posted an advert for a 1080ti for R6500. When I made enquiries, they were just very short answers. E.g.

"Is the condition good no artifacts or anything?"
"No its perfect"
"Can we chat on whatsapp?"
"No phone broken, chat here"

When I said I would only pay half up front and half later (alarm bells were already ringing at this point, just wanted to see what he would say) - he said fine but I must send it first with crypto. I said that wouldn't be possible, and I thought his advert said eft.. but if he is only accepting crypto then good luck to him. Few min later he asked if I could do FNB ewallet to his phone.

This was immediately odd because he said earlier his phone was broken. Told him I wasn't going to do that it would have to be directly to a bank acc. Got no replies after that.

I'm really sorry for everyone's loss. If there is any way I can help I will gladly assist. My phone number is
What @heinreich said and especially after you have just been a victim of scamming. If people got access to some of your details, you just give them more ammunition to use against you.

Please edit the post and remove your number.
