Condition: New fans fitted when I first got it. Unfortunately the new fans do not have the stock fans light connector. So no lights on the card. But fans work perfectly.

Reason: Electricity. This thing just draws a crap load of power. Think it's the fastest R9 280x you get. Requires 2 x 8 pin power connectors and believe me it uses them.
