This is an exceptional device to get into PC VR, as it doesn't require any additional trackers.
The resolution is very good, and the screen door effect is negligible.

What kind of specs does your pc require to run vr sim racing smoothly with these?

It's a "depends on" type answer, because your hardware ideally needs to be able to run the native resolution (2880x1600) of whichever racing sim game at 90fps.
