Managed to recover my funds with help from @MadManMason81 . He helped me out of the goodness of his heart and is not linked to Section_Reaper. There are kind and good people out there and he is one of them. The seller had blocked me after making payment and even ignored calls from Courier and blocked them, tried calling using a different number and he blocked it as well.

After communication from @MadManMason81, who knew where he stayed, he realised that his location was no secret, and that is when he unblocked me and decided to return my funds. He is an outright scammer.
