Seems voucher is a hit and a miss, I got twice but my neighbour's did not. You can enquire but they have been waiting for a while and just getting the run around from Samsung.

There's no. Mention of.it on the Samsung promotion page though. The t's and CC's mention the buds, and the Samsung care for R499. Do you maybe have a link that we can use to justify a fight with Samsung?

Would be so great if it was valid for anyone that gets a new S22 device, on contract or bought from any store.

Point 4 c says this :

Maybe someone wants to try this route?

I bought my phone from Telkom, Samsung store as well and IC and got vouchers for all of them.

On the offer page their was a different offer for the R2000 voucher, it was removed though and I don't have a copy of it.

For the phone bought at Samsung I even got an instore voucher as well as an online voucher when I claimed my buds.
