I'm not really keen on the borrowing stuff out part. How ever all you need is a T25 torx and do it by hand. Slow and steady will be the key here and if it posts with all the memory then no need to tighten further. Hope you come right.

I'm building two workstations now and thereafter will have to build more. I just can't take the risk on a 30k CPU. secondhand or not

Price bump R1000 for the tool. Im not keen on borrowing and also would prefer to buy.
