Packaging: Yes, original box. No accessories. I do have some cases I can throw in as well as a Whitestone screen protector with install jig.
Condition: Screen is cracked with a white line down the centre. It slipped off my lap when getting out the car. The rest of the phone and frame is in mint condition. It was kept in a Dbrand skin + Spigen case for back protection and Whitestone Dome screeen protector since new (that worked well, not!) . I have only removed these now to show the conditon. Touch still works well, and the frame is free of any damage. Only damage is to the sceen. I have linked some close up shots to show the damage. It's still usable if you don't mind the super annoying line down the screen.
