I'm the original owner from new. Ran it at stock settings except for IF clocked to 1900 MHz with memory OC.
The Wraith Spire cooler is the original one with the copper vapor chamber. Its fan is quieter to my ears than the newer Wraith coolers, and also has a higher max RPM. Generally lowers load temps by 7 deg compared to stock Stealth cooler.
