Thank you Elandre, I received my Radeon Vega 64 Limited Edition yesterday. Everything went without any hassle, being a very positive deal. Going by used terms, the GPU is in good condition. All tests are done, and to date, I haven’t experienced any issues.

I’ve already removed the ref cooler and replaced with a Morpheus 2. Temps stay under 50 @ 1600 MHz on core and 1100 MHz HBM

Just couldn’t deal with the noise of the stock cooler.

That's what wattman is reporting when I check the Performance Overlay toggled by default with Ctrl+Shift+O. Think I got lucky with my card as I could overclock the HBM to 1160Mhz, Couldn't hit 1200Mhz unfortunately.

I saved about ~40W on load, here are 3 heaven benchmarks with the stats up top left.
They all have an aggressive fan curve to keep temps at under 65deg, and power limit maxed out at 50%.
First is stock clocks, second is stock core but undervolted and with oc'd memory, third is even more aggressive settings.
Core voltage is on average lowered by 150mV across all P-States from default.

Honestly I'm enjoying the shit out of tinkering with it hahaha

Odyssey and Origins are terribly optimized for AMD. I have both the vega 64 and the RX 580, both games run like shit regardless of which of the 2 cards I use. Meanwhile, my little brother's 1050ti out frame rates my RX 580. Definitely something wrong with the games engine lol.
Every other game I have tested, besides certain other Nvidia optimized titles, run amazingly though.

There is a handful of titles that perform shit on amd due to not proper driver optimization. Titles included: assassin's creed / ace combat 7 / project cars.

According to hardware unboxed you should be getting closer to 65 on average with 0.1% lows of 46 if you're gaming @ 1080p ->
