RJ45 Port blocker/lockout

Anybody know who sells RJ45 port blockers or lockouts? I need them for a project. Need an industrial solution but even these would do.

Ports have to be mechanically locked out as per client scope...

I thinks these are for lockable RJ45 connecter plugs and not just blanks

No key included though, and unfortunately it seems if you want the kit with the key, it is out of stock: Lindy RJ45 Port Blockers-10x - W Key - Black

Additionally, these seem to be imported, given the long lead time, so one might as well order from Amazon. Also, Raru's service is drawing complaints across the forum of late.
