I can't be the only person who doesn't like RGB :D

When did this new rash of RGB fever kick in? I remember it being popular in the early 2000s but I thought it'd died out until I started getting new components this year and everything is bloody RGB. Mouse, keyboard, fans, case - seems like it's harder now to get stuff that doesn't glow like radioactive waste than it is to have cornea obliterating builds.

I think i pushed @AntiThesis over the edge by sending him to many pictures of my newly built RGB rig lol

This and "gaming". Surprised we don't have RGB gaming tissues.

Anyway, each to his own. Not nice to judge orientations.

I also don't like those rainbow vomits all over the show.

I am however a fan of static colour, in my case, purple.

Yeah wtf we should go back to green PCB's, they spray painted the shit black because BEE or whatever, now you're lucky if your PC works at all

Ooh yes - static colour I don't mind. I'm happy with that. I just never want a rig that triggers epileptic fits in neighbours just because someone thought it was a good idea to change the ambient colour for every sound above 1dB.

And yes, I know I can turn it off :D But like Hey Bud said, it's like the "gaming" buzzword now.

SUPER ULTRA GAMING MOUSEPAD WITH RGB AND ENERGY DRINK DISPENSER. NOW WITH EXTRA WAIFU!!!!!1

Light or dark purple?

Purple combines the stability of blue and passion of red. It is also believed to be sexually deprived color or the color of sexual frustration. This could be attributed to its historical significance as a color of royalty, wisdom, dignity and also mystery and magic. People who love purple often have extravagant lifestyles and live in a dream world. Lighter shades of purple for bedrooms can signify romance while darker shades can frustrate or cause erectile dysfunction or other sexual issues.

I avoided RGB on my build deliberately - mobo & alles.

I think most of us hate it but you cannot really escape it. All i ask for it that every fucking thing gets in sync.

I dont want so see my GPU on MDMA, RAM on tik, MOBO on spice and fans on cocaine, everything needs to do heroin like civilized fucking components.

I was struggling as a Nova in CSGO when I installed some RGB RAM. Ranked up to MGE in a flash. I’d be Global now if I only had an RGB SSD...

My 2c: I always ran a static colour scheme in my Corsair 460X, BUT I had various triggers to change the colour if certain temps exceeded limits. For me RGB served a very functional role and it worked well.

I hate the setups with colors changing rapidly, static is lekker, but not too much light, I like my builds slightly leaning over to the dark side. I do hate the fixed colors though as I do change the color now and again.
Sometimes I'm in a blue mood, then I set it to blue, others, yellow or green, even red at times. So having the option to change is lekker.

ALSO, you guys with unicorn poop, do you like your cases up on the desk on down on the floor?

This is a good example of a case that looks super sweet and that look without RBG is dope.
Although I suspect those fans are RGB fans. Black and White build done well though.
