I'm using one of those in my flat. It covers a 90 square meter area with dense walls in between quite happily.
Range is really good, plus speeds are solid (obviously each environment is different so your mileage may vary). They've done a lot of work on their cloud UI as well to improve the overall management. It was very basic in the beginning. I've used Unifi AP's before (U6 Lite, AC-LR, Aircubes, etc.) and I can't fault the Reyee AP compared to Unifi.
If you don't want to tie it to their cloud instance, you can still manage any changes from the AP directly, unlike the Unifi kit where you need to use a mobile app or controller.
