Repair or sell Asus Rog Strix G17 Ryzen 9

ADVICE PLEASE

My 2023 Asus Rog Strix G17 Ryzen 9 had a power surge, after having it for like 2 months, everything was still working after except the main charging port, so I had to use a usb C charger.

After a month that charger stopped working as well so I took the laptop in and they advised that the below is all still working:

- screen
- batt
- ssd
- ram
- keyboard

I need a new motherboard, should I rather sell it or how much would a motherboard cost me?
