Support Reopen old thread for sale

Hi there.

I would like to open a thread I had initially closed because I thought the item was sold. The buyer then changed their mind and I wanted to reopen the thread but was not allowed to. I then created another identical thread but this seemed to have been closed by admin.

Can I please get some help as to what I need to do?

if it's a thread you closed, you should be able to re-open it by clicking on the 3 dots in the right hand corner above your initial post and select UNLOCK THREAD

if that doesn't work, REPORT your thread by clicking on the report button just below your initial post and add comment for the mods to re-open

Thanks for response but the 3 dots don't appear on either of the posts.
Will try to report the thread and as mods to reopen.
