again, from what I read on the feedback so clarity is needed, but if what happened is true, it should stick

I eventually got hold of Alexzz aka destinydixon via DM and we discussed the matter and came to a mutual agreement...

You see, two wrongs doesn't make a right...

At that point in time there was issues I had to deal with and I did keep contact with the buyer, he got a bit to impatient a bit to fast... After I did the full refund I contacted Alex, he was was understanding but a day afterwards he gave me a negative Itrader...
Blocked me on WhatsApp and Blocked my number.... The issue was, he kept the parcel that was accidentally shipped to him.... That is parcel is still my property....

Me and Alex came to a mutual agreement and he wants to remove the Negative Feedback but is unsure how...

well as I said, my pov was from what I read in the feedback, but now we have more of a clear picture

all you have to do is REPORT the feedback and the mods will remove it
