Currently all wired up and mounted onto a wooden block and sealed with silicon for better airflow. TEC operating voltage is approximately 12V but I think even up to 18V is acceptable. Fans operating voltage is 12V and they are high RPM. Pics below

Both plates and all fans are working, confirmed as of 28/02/2024.

I dont know. What I can tell you is that the heatsinks and fan in the picture are far too weak to cool them.. If that helps in any way.
