Hi @shyN

Don’t have a Zero 2 W to trade, but would you be interested in selling the 3B. And if so, at what price?

Howsit, @Haig

Unfortunately, I'm not looking to sell it. I need a Zero 2 W specifically and this would be my only shot to get it. If I sold it, I'd be out a Pi and wouldn't be able to buy another. Thanks for the response though.

Of course! I thought I'd ask, but I also thought that was your thinking :)
Seems like the Raspberry Pi devices are at a bit of a shortage at the moment. Or am I reading what is going on incorrectly?

No, you're right. There's a global supply problem caused by the chip shortage. The Pi Foundation is working on it and says that things are returning back to normal. But the only way to get one new these days is by buying one of those kits (When they're even in stock), which include cases and power supplies, as well as an extremely inflated price.

Thanks for clarifying. Seems a bit crazy, yes. But then again, inflation is here. Thief in the night!

If you don't mind me asking your thoughts - I can get a model 3 for R700 (ex shipping). Does that seem reasonable? The seller says it is new, unused. Would appreciate your thoughts!

Looking online, that does appear to be the current going rate for that model. To be honest, it's a fair price right now. I would buy it if I really needed it for a project.

Thanks for your insight. Appreciate it
