Hi all,

My friend RANGA555 is unable to login to Carb.

Morning allI need help trying to login to my carbonite, it's asking for the authenticator code from the app on my phone but that's no longer linked to my carbonite account because after my phone got stolen I had to redownload everything and now I can't login

any suggestions would be appreciated
