Hi, trying to figure out what Mhz i should have my ram at, iv got a asus rog strix b350 f gaming Mb with a ryzen 1600 cpu and 3200htz 32gigs memory

AMD Ryzen™ Processors4 x DIMM, Max. 64GB, DDR4 3200(O.C.)/2933(O.C.)/2666/2400/2133 MHz ECC and Non-ECC, Un-buffered Memory*AMD 7th Generation A-series/Athlon™ Processors4 x DIMM, Max. 64GB, DDR4 2400/2133 MHz Non-ECC, Un-buffered MemoryDual Channel Memory Architecture* Due to AMD Ryzen™ Processor limitation, More than DDR4-2666 is supported by one DIMM per channel only.* Hyper DIMM support is subject to the physical characteristics of individual CPUs.* Refer to www.asus.com for the latest Memory QVL(Qualified Vendors List).

So im trying to figure out should i oc my 3200mhz to well 3200mhz or set it to 2400 ? or 2666 ? im pretty confused, but as far as i can understand it wont sit at 3200mhz :/

Firstly, I'm pretty sure you posted this in the wrong section.

Secondly, if it's rated to 3200mhz it should be as easy as to switch on xmp and Bob's your uncle. But with that said I heard/read early ryzens are super picky on ram types and your ram might not be supported. Chech the interwebs if it is or not.
