Link : Rain-X® Original Glass Treatment - Rain-X

Hi Gents,

Earlier this year I was over in the States and bought a 12 pack of these Rain-X treatments. They're pretty good, easy to apply, don't leave any residue and works really well.
I applied a bottle when I got back and eagerly anticipated rain and was delighted when it finally came. The product works brilliantly(you can search reviews like REVIEW: RAIN X - YouTube) and I'm still keeping some boxes for myself to use once winter ends and we start to get some rain again.
I'd estimate a bottle will give you around 12 applications, depending on the amount of windows you treat and.

is this similar to the stuff you get locally in the little blue bottles?
If not - I would love to try some. The local stuff is pretty impressive although it comes in a squeeze bottle...

To be honest, I don't know what the little blue bottles are. I was looking for this kinda thing for a while and the 2 contenders that came up(probably because they're available in the US) is this and Aquapel (Rain Repellent Glass Treatment - Aquapel Glass Treatment). I chose this because most reviews say it works better, though it also wears out quicker(which is also why I bought soo many). This is also in a bottle, not a spray btw(sorry about the confusion, It's the same in the original link except it doesn't have a spray nozzle which I prefer as you apply it to a cloth and wipe on the windscreen). It's this one Swissvax South Africa: Rain-X Glasversiegelung, 200 ml .

This is a LOOOOOOOOOONG shot, but are these still available? :p

Hahaha, you miss 100% of the shots you don't take.
Let me check when I get home. I think I have some, you can have one if I do

rubber_otter I checked and luckily I have a few spare. You're welcome to come by and take one. Sharkie same for you, except do you know anybody who can fetch some for you? Not to be a dick but I don't have time for packing, shipping etc so reaaaly don't wanna do that
