Yes bud, they are valid for life, so are the OEM keys. However OEM is restricted to one device only.

These are digital License Keys and will be emailed to you along with the relevant download link via Microsoft's website.

As per @Kevin Spacebee OEM keys are tied to the motherboard and stored in the BIOS once activated.
