From what I can see, these are meant to be used in high voltage applications or can they be used in 48V applications?

correct they are high voltage, i decided to go the low voltage route. i didn't end up using them on my end. pylontech support says they work with sunsynk, but best to talk with your installer, there is the goodwe , solax and solis etc.
