I bought an auction bundle and this was included. Its not working, but anyone who takes it to PartServe could easily get it attended to under warranty. I could personally do it myself, I just could not be bothered.
I'll include a power cable and HDMI Cable,

No controller included.

How much do partserve charge?

If the warranty is valid they will need proof of purchase and then the replacement is free. If not then the cost of replacement is prohibitively expensive.

Not sure if the auction paperwork counts so you could call them and check if they can maybe do it by validating the console serial number only instead.
