The Ps4 works perfectly. It comes with one controller. The psu died a year ago. I converted a phat Ps4 psu to work with my console. Have been using it like this for over a year. Mounted a Lenovo cpu fan to keep the power supply cool. Haven't really been looking for a replacement psu because it's working without issues. I'm marking condition as good because it works perfectly fine. The console actually runs cooler with the external psu.
