is super cheap on CDkeys.com but the Downloads of about 100gb is gonna kill my internet and get me throttled like a Mofo
anyone know of a place I can have them Downloaded for me ?

That's probably the best option as I believe when you download a PS4 game to an external HDD, you can only play it on a console with that account.
You can't take my copy of God Of War from my external HDD and pay it on your PS4 unless you have my account on it, even if you also own the same game (at least last time I tried).

The only other option is a bit more painful, using PS3 Proxy like here:
