Please note: I haven't used this machine in a very long time, and will not be able to guide you with regards to use of HENKAKU - Google is your friend. Includes charger.
I also believe in sharing and can provide you with games for it ( bring your own drive) if you can pinky swear you have the originals. I accidentally downloaded ALL the Vita games somehow in a drunken stupor.
