Item: ASUS ROG Strix GTX1080ti
Age: Retired (Seriously, I have no idea)
Price: R1000
Payment Method Accepted: Cash is king or if shipping EFT
Warranty: Nope
Warranty Holder: N/A
Packaging: Bubblewrap
Condition: Press F
Location: Somerset West
Reason: Press F. Okay, full disclosure - Card started giving artefacts and locking up. Thought it was a thermal issue but it apparently is not. No idea if it is saveable or not. Card was never overclocked or run anything other than stock. Visually the card is perfect. Fans all intact (no bent fins). Heatsink perfect without any rust or damage. Shroud and backplate also in perfect condition. If I knew of a way to fix it, it would still be in my PC happily running whatever I chose to throw at it. Yet it now sits on my desk, angrily glaring at my new Rx6600 XT (thank you Evetech). So basically I'm just looking to possibly recover some costs. There are sure to be someone with a 1080ti who had an "oh shit" moment trying to mod the card (why would you even want to) or had something cosmetic gave in. This can be your organ donor in stead of also having to get a new GPU. If you manage to fix the thing, good for you. You got a bargain. The decision and risk is yours. If you are interested, shoot me a message and I'll whatsapp you pics of the dearly departed.
Shipping: Sure, on you.
Collection: Sure
