Position: Power Platform Developer
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:
• Delivering services and solutions using Microsoft PowerApps, PowerBI, SharePoint, Power Automate (attended and unattended), Microsoft Teams and data integrations.
• Provide hands-on technical expertise to design and implement Power Platform based solutions.
• Keep abreast of new technologies and be aware of industry standards, best practices and trends.
• Digitize and automate business processes using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Identify areas and processes where Power Platform can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvements.
• Contribute across all phases of the software development life cycle.
Qualifications and experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science.
• 0-3 years of related work experience.
Position: Power BI Developer
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:
• Provide comprehensive technical/backend support for Dynamics AX
• Test, maintain and recommend software improvements and updates to ensure strong functionality and optimization
• Facilitate root cause analysis of system issues, review new and existing code and perform unit testing
• Identify ideas to improve system performance and impact availability
• Development of technical specifications and plans
• Compile comprehensive and accurate documentation and reports as required
• Translate business needs into technical specifications
• Design, build and deploy business intelligence solutions
• Maintain and support data analytics tools and platforms
• Collaborate with teams to integrate systems
• Create visualizations and reports for internal customers
Qualifications and experience:
• BSc in Computer Science or relevant field
• Proven experience as a Power BI developer
• Background in data warehouse design (eg: dimensional modelling) and data mining
• In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing and ETL frameworks
• Familiarity with BI technologies (eg: Power BI, TimeXtender, PowerPivot)
• Knowledge of SQL, SQL Server Reporting Services and SQL Server Integration Services
• Knowledge of X++ preferred, however a candidate with experience in OOP and is desire to learn X++ is also welcome
• Experience with machine learning and/or artificial intelligence an advantage
• Salary and benefits are market related
