Hi Guys,

I have the following specs:

ASUS P8Z77-i Deluxe
i7 2600K
2 x 4Gb Corsair 1600Mhz
H80i
AX760

My problem is the following. I bought a GTX 760 from JsNx99 Problem I have is I can not get the card to display anything. I have tried a few things but nothing works. I have inserted my GTX 560Ti and then it works no problems at all. I have checked the power is connected properly and I have changed the modular connectors to see if that has any effect.

I am not sure what else to try.

Please help

Like I mentioned in the pm, card tested fine before it was shipped, so may be another issue. Maybe BIOS or PSU? Enough amps on the 12V rail? Let me know how the fault finding goes. Hopefully it is just something minor.

Edit : I see now it's a 750w psu so if that is connected correct then the PSU is ruled out.

I had a similar issue when i got my 680, I just switched to my 2nd bios and it worked, so maybe just reset your bios?

Yip on an asus p8z68 v pro.

Quick question I know you psu should be powerful enough but how old is it ?

Im located in Bloemfontein. So if anyone stays here that can help or even has a Ivy Bridge CPU for me to test with I'd really appreciate it

There are two dvi outs on the card no? Have you tried both? Sure you have ... Asking just in case

Jip I've tried both ports even the HDMI. I'm able to still use the onboard graphics, only thing is even if I get into Windows it does not detect a new card at all. So don't know what's going on...

Test that gpu in another pc, if it works in a difrent pc, try your card and psu in the other pc, sounds like the card is dead

Agreed, you will have to test the card in another PC and see what happens. Or have it tested for you
It is possible that the card is faulty, happened to me before.

Card will still be under warranty so don't stress to much. Will just be a wait to get it sorted.

Could also be your PSU or RAM, Try swopping the RAM around when the card is in and maybe try swopping and testing with another PSU, It could be the PSU aswell. Ive had the same problem before, could be RAM or PSU

Were you running and overclocking software with your 560 Ti by any chance? (MSI Afterburner etc)

I was running it for a bit. Why OV3RK!LL

If you have had a overclock profile set for one card and then place in a new different card, it can cause issues with core and memory clocks. Maybe try uninstalling any OC software before putting in the GTX 760.
