I believe it does have, the box and site say it's got AMx and TR4 support, but requires the stock AMD backplate(which I think is on the mobo?).
It has the TR4 brackets and and AMD kit.
Haven't used an AM4 board myself, so can't guarantee anything but it seems like it should work.I do have all bits and screws it came with.
