I forgot my password somehow and if i click on the forgot password link it sends me a mail and the link provided in the mail just brings me to the carbonite home page... please assist me?

First I would need your username or email used to signed up for Carbonite

EDIT: NVM found it, will send a password reset, check if it works now we had some problems over the weekend
