All chipsets clock differently so there is no set overclock capacity on different brands, OC'ing is a pure luck of the draw.
If I was you I would download Furmark and Msi Afterburner (Both can be downloaded via some quick googling) and then run furmark for 25min on stock and make sure that the stock clock is good and then start upping the core by increments of 5mhz and then testing with 10min Furmark. Once you have got max core clock take it back to stock and do the same with memory and once you have that try them together (might have to lower then to run together)
PS: Furmark is a EXTREME testing prog for GFX cards. Dont let your card go higher than 80'C
