Official Metal Thread!

I shall be checking out later. My work blocks off Youtube. I am old school metal. Iron Maiden will probably always be my favourite band, been listening to them for as long as I can remember. Then I also dabble in a bit of Power Metal, and I still like old school Metallica. I really like Trivium when they hit the scene, but they kind of tapered off.

@Dragon @ahcii Prepare to be amazed. Crystal Lake just continues to pump out absolute bangers

Black metal has always been a rather complimentary sound to the asian metal scene.
They clearly have taken a step forward from their metalcore-only focus.
Not bad, not bad at all.

Indeed. That's deathcore right there and they do it far better than most deathcore bands.

Had no idea Ryo could do vocals like that. And that drummer... Fuck me he can blast.

PS: If you like Metalcore, keep an eye out for Void of Vision's Kill All My Friends single that's dropping tomorrow. It's nothing fancy, just a hard-hitting, face-melting track.

Saw this last night and immediately thought of you. Awesome song!
Love this band. Been listening to them since 2014. They keep getting better with each album. The heaviness in this track was unexpected.

Digging the new single from Slipknot:

Also latest single from While she sleeps. Definitely one of my favorite metal core bands!

@Dragon Any Given Day's new single is Metalcore perfection. This is next-level excellent.

I dare say if given a choice to choose between my fav Metalcore tunes ever I wouldn't be able to make the choice between this and As I Lay Dying's My Own Grave.

Marduk, Berzerker, My Dying Bride . are my current favs. Crossing Genre though. Can still has Blood for Blood, Agnostic Front, Madball on the USB drive.

Spoilt for choice :-*

Just another great Australian Deathcore band. Enjoy.

And something heavier, also from Australia.
