I had a SSD bomb out on me, this is the warranty replacement. Its brand new, sealed and I got it today. I didn't wait when the old 1 died and replaced it with a Corsair at the time.
I had to pay in extra because the previous drive was out of stock. I'll supply the proof of purchase (it has a new warranty from today) for you in case you need it.

Awesome drive this, bought one with ebucks this week as well, and it rocks, its actually faster than my OS SSD which is a Corsair Force 3, got this one for games SSD.
