Having owned a DK2, CV1, Vive and even an obscure but somewhat capable headset called Deepoon - and now having a Windows Mixed Reality headset - I can honestly say I prefer the Mixed Reality offerings (despite it's misleading name)

Maybe try one of those.

somewhat better specs - and i like the look of it a bit more



These Mixed reality headsets have better resolution than the CV1 and Vive and plays all stuff from both Oculus and Vive and of course SteamVR
