Hi Carbies!
So the pipe on my AIO has broken off on the plastic... Any tips on what can be done?? The pipe broke off just under the barb and the piece has since been lost... I've attached a pic..

Any help would be appreciated! 😢

Would only be able to advise if I could see it and take apart to be able to see if can be fixed. But I do believe it can be fixed. But probably not advisable.

If I were to fix this, I would take the entire thing apart, sand the broken part flat. Then tap a hole for a threaded barbed connector.

Thread in a new connector with some teflon tape and you are golden. You can even put epoxy on the thread if you really want to make it watertight.

These AIO's don't hold a lot of pressure and they don't need to handle a lot of heat.

Plastic rebuilders...we have on in PE. Maybe you guys have a branch there. Take it to them and ask them to make a plan for you. Pricing is normally quite reasonable

Thank you all!
My little nephew thought it was a great idea to yank at it😒

To top up the Coolant again, is it just distilled water? Im sure theres something else to add (the radiator is aluminum and the heat sink is copper)

Getting it fixed is one thing, filling the loop is another.

What you would need is distilled water, and antifreeze (this prevents corrosion), Then you need to run the loop while filling to get all the air bubbles out, any air bubbles left could prevent the pump from moving liquid around.

my H110 ended up with a leak, which I fixed. I then had to braze a bolt on the rad for filling purposes, that worked for me. so for filling now all I do is open the bolt and refill.
