Condition: used, screen has no heavy scratches only slight scuffs from use so does the back. the switch was dropped by previous owner on the corner doesn't look too bad or effect switch in anyway. what I have noticed after buying it from another member is that the joy cons seem very loose and if moved a bit too much in handheld mode it loses connection, I've put some insulation tape at the bottom of slider, so joy cons sit snug, and it has solved the issue.
it also has a non-original charger.
