Support Negative Feedback

Hi

I am writing this to see if my Negative feedback can be turned to a nutrual feedback.
Nothing bad happened with the deal i pulled out of the deal and gave the monitor to a friend i should of stipulated that yes. But is it negative or can it not be a nutrual feedback. Refund was made on the same day and I have made many sales after this one as I did learn my lesson. If not i do understand.

Imo if you pulled out of a deal for some shit reason like 'giving it to a friend' then no, the negative should stand.
Also... terrible grammar/spelling warrants a 2nd negative...
