Need 1151 mobo to test i5 6500, after rogue techie sabotaged previous mobo (bent a few cpu pins) Cape Town area

As the title says, I need the use of an 1151 mobo to test if clients cpu is still OK before they fork out for another mobo.
I did bend all pins back but there is still no heat generated through the cpu (finger test), so either mobo is totally toast or CPU is buggered too or both.
I'm in Cape Town Southern Suburbs
