*This one is cheaper because the Gigabyte cards do not power the fan from the card due to not being a reference board. However you can power the fan directly off the psu as as any other fan. at 100% its still far quieter and cools the card down very low.

Answers to your questions;

Why no collection: Last time someone collected from me a few years ago i also parted with my wallet..cell phone etc. I would consider collections if its important to people but ONLY at my place of work which has security guards etc.

Warranty: Some of the cards are from the US and only had 1 year warranty. The MSI's have 2 year with local supplier but I dont know how long they still have left. I can find out.

And yes I'm upgrading (to 7970's accross the board). They were not used for BTC but for similar computing requirements, and were all properly cooled and handled etc.

If collecting at my work you are more than welcome to bring your PC and plug it in to check it before taking it.

It looks like anything 7790 and under does not keep up with a 6950. (looking at benchmarks online)

I'm looking to go to 7970 or 7990's to replace these. If only the 7990's would be priced similar to some cars.
