Awesome - you mentioned that the Warranty is void - is this confirmed? The reason i ask, is that upgrading memory seems to be a very simple procedure and most manufacturers allow it.
I am assuming that nothing was damaged during the upgrade?

Nothing was damaged, the warranty sticker was damaged though and so they are stingy
